We have been actively involved in Litigation with a proven track recordof handling various matters in this aspect of the legal practice from the lower Courts to the apex Court including several tribunals over the years. Our services include debt recoveries, real estate, and constitutional matters, employer/employee related cases, compliance and regulatory matters, election petitions as well as other aspects of complex general civil suits. Our exposure to court procedure as it obtains in several states of the Federation cuts across diverse issues of litigation. Our aim is to prepare adequately to meet the challenges of modern day courtroom practice. Civil Litigation is embarked upon as a last resort, in preference to alternative dispute resolution or in compliance with the express instructions of our clients. As far as Criminal matters are concerned, the justice of the case and the rights of the accused is paramount, whether or not we are defending or prosecuting. Our Litigation department is headed by the Principal Partner Prince Adesegun Ajibola (SAN) ably assisted by other associate counsel in chambers.
